It's such an incredible honour to introduce our Spirit Sister Grace from Grace Teale Yoga.

Grace is a Brisbane based Yogini and Yoga teacher, Beautiful Mamma and one of the most positive and kind people you will ever meet.

You can get to know Grace a little more in this interview, where she shares with us a bit about how her journey with yoga began, what her practice looks like and some little nuggets of wisdom she's learnt along the way.

Today I have the privilege of introducing to you all our beautiful Spirit Sister Deni from Kandala Yoga, Deni is the founder and and nurturer of the Kandala Yoga community and The Life Collective, where she shares the sacred teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as meditation, sound healing and her passion for holistic health.

The Kandala Yoga community is about reconnecting Mind, Body and Spirit by combining the ancient wisdom from the East with insights from the West, its the go-to place for education, services and resources to empower you to self-heal, know yourself and live to your greatest potential.

Today I want to shine a light on one of our treasured brands, Ananda Soul and their Adopt a Balinese Family initiative.

With the impact of COVID-19 taking its toll on communities in Bali, Ananda soul has stepped up and created the Adopt a Balinese family Campaign.

They are allocating their team's working hours to prepare as many care packages as possible, each package containing food, to feed a family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Guided by spirit, Bebe is a vibrational healer and guide, she works with many modalities including sound medicine, Shamanic journeying and soul retrieval, Breathwork and Reiki as well as Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Bowing deep to all our beloved Mothers today, but also to all women, the magnificent creative beings that we are, each and every one of us mothering something in this world whether it be children, businesses, relationships, fur babies, projects, ourselves. Sending deep love and infinite blessings to every woman and soul, you are seen, you are heard, and you are so loved.

It feels so special that this series landed on this day and that on Mothers day, we are honouring a beautiful mama, my dear friend and spirit sister Avalon, from Trader Trove who has graciously agreed to join her Sisters in this series and step into the light, to be seen in this space.

We’ve created #iamspirit as a way to share in our communities yoga & spirit practices.

We wanted to create a movement that unites us as a community, a way in which we can inspire and support each other, to celebrate our differences, but also to celebrate what unites us, to recognise ourselves in each other and know that we are not alone.

We chose the stunning Balinese Inspired Haveli House in Bangalow NSW as the location for our recent shoot with Michelle from Eyes of Love Photography

We had such a magic day connecting in circle and sharing in food and laughter, meditation and deep soul connection.

Today I feel so incredibly grateful and excited to share with you all the second post in our Spirit Sister Series, featuring the beautiful and glowing mamma to be - Sam from Priti Yogi and Empowered Women Movement.

In sharing in each others stories and celebrating each others Triumphs and learnings we can still feel connected and see ourselves in each other, we can see that we are not alone in any of this, but that we are rather, one big Spirit Family all navigating this path together.
