Palo Santo is a sacred wood that is native to South America. Its name literally means holy wood. When it is burned, the smoke is believed to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. Its sweet scent of pine, mint, and lemon is a powerful tool to restore your inner balance to bring a deeper connection to the Earth and your divine connection.
Shemana's unique design has a hole in one end of the Palo Santo stick. This allows the stick to be conveniently hung during the burning process.
Hold the Palo Santo by the hole and light the opposite end. Wait till the flame ignites then gently blow until it smolders. If the smoke dwindles, blow until the ember regains its glow. Allow the sacred smoke to surround yourself and your space. Perform your ritual by holding it in your hand, placing in a heatproof bowl or use the hole to hang it on the Shemana incense stand.

To keep things nice and simple our regular shipping rate includes tracking and is just $9 Australia wide for all orders less than the value of $150. We endeavour to lovingly wrap and ship your order as fast as we can and your bundle of love will usually arrive in 2-10 business days however on average its around 3-5 days.
We are extremely proud to say that Sendle is our regular service shipping partner, and these deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
All Locations unable to be serviced by Sendle including PO Boxes, will be serviced by Australia Post.
Yes we offer Express Shipping! For a Flat rate of $13 Australia wide.
We Ship Express Orders via Australia Post's Express Post Service which usually arrives within 1-3 Business days from date of despatch.
EXPRESS POST IS NOT AVAILABLE ON YOGA MATS DUE TO THE CONSIDERABLE WEIGHT AND COST.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items that have been post marked for return (excluding those below) within 14 days of purchase for Australian Orders and 30 days for all International locations.
We recommend trying on your items as soon as you receive them.
All Sale items are final and can not be returned.
Items should be returned in their original condition, unopened/ unworn/ unwashed and with their tags attached.

Items returned after the specified window for return has lapsed, being 14 days for Australian orders and 30days for International locations, or Sale items returned, will not be eligible for a refund, however you may be offered a Gift Card to the value of your returned item, less a $10 Re-Stocking Fee.
Alternatively you will be required to pay for the postage costs for the Item to be returned to you.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking with us via email before returning your Item.
How do I return an Item?
Please send us an Email to let us know you intend to return your Item and kindly include the details of your return. We no longer offer Exchanges, so if you require a different size or colour, we recommend purchasing the new items and following the returns process for a refund.

Our Post Box is NOT checked every day, so Please remember to Email to let us know you intend to return your Item and kindly include the details of your return so that we know to keep an eye out for your parcel.
Please Note: All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unopened and or unworn.
How will I be Refunded?
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
Please Note: Shipping and duties will not be refunded by Spirit People, however if you paid duties on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us.
Can I Return a Sale Item?
Sale items are FINAL no refunds or exchanges are offered on any Sale Item.
Only, If a Sale item is proved faulty, may it be returned for Exchange, Refund or Credit.
What if I Used a Discount Code?
You may return full price items bought with a discount code, you'll be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time the purchase was made via your original payment method.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Currently we do not offer Exchanges, If you require a different size or colour, we recommend purchasing the new items via our online store and following the returns process above for a refund.
What if My Item is Faulty?
If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at email@example.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
Unfortunately, if an Item has been worn or washed we cannot accept the item as faulty, so please check all items upon receipt, before wearing and washing.
What if I Receive an Incorrect Item?
If you have received an item you did not order, our sincerest apologies! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you as quick as possible.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
