How much does Shipping Cost?
We offer free Standard PARCEL POST Shipping within Australia on Orders above $150 excluding yoga mats and other heavy items. Orders up to the value of $150 are charged a flat shipping rate of $8 for standard PARCEL POST with Tracking and all orders have the option of EXPRESS POST charged at $15.
Shipping of heavy items (yoga mats and bolsters) are charged at a flat rate of $15 and are sent by PARCEL POST, currently these can not be sent by Express Post.
How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post, PARCEL POST for all Orders which usually arrives within 2-10 business days from date of dispatch, parcels sent by Express post usually arrive within 1-3 business Days from despatch. All orders are usually dispatched the next business day from date of receipt.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know that your order is on its way and advising the tracking info for your parcel.
Do I have to pay for shipping costs when I'm returning and Item?
Yes customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
How much does International Shipping Cost?
International Shipping is a flat rate of AUD$28 for New Zealand and AUD$35 for all other locations, excluding heavy items which are charged according to weight and destination.
How long does International shipping take?
We ship all international orders via Australia post.
Delivery takes anywhere between 12-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient).
All orders are usually dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know that your order is on its way.
This service is trackable.
Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 21 business days since your order was lodged. Once an order has been shipped and confirmation emailed to you, SPIRIT PEOPLE AUSTRALIA is no longer responsible for goods shipped.
Do you ship to all counties?
We ship to most countries, unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

Will I have to pay Duties/ Customs rates on my order?
Yes! All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. SPIRIT PEOPLE AUSTRALIA will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately SPIRIT PEOPLE AUSTRALIA CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items (excluding those below) within 14 days of purchase. All Sale items are final and can not be returned.

How do I return an Item?
Please send us an Email to let us know you intend to return your Item and kindly include the details of your return. We no longer offer Exchanges, so if you require a different size or colour, we recommend purchasing the new items and following the returns process for a refund.

Our Post Box is NOT checked every day, so Please remember to Email to let us know you intend to return your Item and kindly include the details of your return so that we know to keep an eye out for your parcel.
Please Note: All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unopened and or unworn.
How will I be Refunded?
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
Please Note: Shipping and duties will not be refunded by Spirit People, however if you paid duties on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us.
Can I Return a Sale Item?
Sale items are FINAL no refunds or exchanges are offered on any Sale Item.
Only, If a Sale item is proved faulty, may it be returned for Exchange, Refund or Credit.
What if I Used a Discount Code?
You may return full price items bought with a discount code, you'll be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time the purchase was made via your original payment method.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Currently we do not offer Exchanges, If you require a different size or colour, we recommend purchasing the new items via our online store and following the returns process above for a refund.
What if My Item is Faulty?
If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return.
Unfortunately, if an Item has been worn or washed we cannot accept the item as faulty, so please check all items upon receipt, before wearing and washing.
What if I Receive an Incorrect Item?
If you have received an item you did not order, our sincerest apologies! Please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you as quick as possible.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
